Pregnancy : the use of AIIRAs is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy (see section 4.4). The use of AIIRAs is contraindicated during the second and third trimester of pregnancy (see sections 4.3 and 4.4).

impaired renal function including isolated cases of renal failure in patients at risk (see section 4.4)

swelling extremity
arthralgia, myalgia
Metabolism and nutrition disorders:
hyperkalaemia

flushing
General disorders and administration site conditions:
fatigue
Immune system disorders:
cases of hypersensitivity reactions such as angioedema, rash, urticaria
Hepatobiliary disorders:
hepatitis, abnormal liver function
Reproductive system and breast disorders:
sexual dysfunction, libido changes

Blood and lymphatic system disorders:
aplastic anaemia, bone marrow depression, neutropenia/agranulocytosis, haemolytic anaemia, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia
vertigo, paraesthesia, light-headedness, restlessness
Eye disorders:
transient blurred vision, xanthopsia
respiratory distress (including pneumonitis and pulmonary oedema)
pancreatitis, anorexia, diarrhoea, constipation, gastric irritation, sialadenitis, loss of appetite
interstitial nephritis, renal dysfunction
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders:
anaphylactic reactions, toxic epidermal necrolysis, necrotizing angitis (vasculitis, cutaneous vasculitis), cutaneous lupus erythematosus-like reactions, reactivation of cutaneous lupus erythematosus, photosensitivity reactions, rash, urticaria
weakness, muscle spasm
postural hypotension
fever
jaundice (intrahepatic cholestatic jaundice)
Psychiatric disorders:
depression, sleep disturbances
